- Holiday Returns: Jewelry purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned until January 15th for a refund or exchange.

- All returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts intact.
- Earrings: Due to health and hygiene concerns, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
3. Proof of Purchase
- A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- If the item was received as a gift, please include a gift receipt to facilitate an exchange or store credit.
4. Return Process
- Start your return by logging into your account on our website and requesting a return authorization. A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email. Please return the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

- All jewelry items purchased from Sophiluxa come with a 1-Year Warranty that covers manufacturing defects, including issues like broken clasps, missing stones, or structural defects.
- The warranty does not cover:

- Loss or damage to stones or pearls.
- If your jewelry is found to have a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
